Howdy partners! At Western Cowboy Series, we stand behind our products like a cowboy stands by his trusty horse. If your arena supplies, horse tack, or cowboy hats aren’t exactly what you expected, we’ll make it right faster than a mustang can clear a fence.

1. Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unused with tags attached). Just like a good rodeo, we keep our policies fair and straightforward.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hat Care & Accessories (opened products)
  • Horse Therapy items
  • Personalized/custom items (like monogrammed breast collars)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Note: All felt cowboy hats must be returned in their original protective boxes to prevent damage.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps smoother than a well-oiled saddle:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Pack items securely in the original packaging (just like you’d pack your chaps for a rodeo)
  4. Include the completed return form (see template below)
  5. Ship to: Western Cowboy Series Returns, 1818 Forest Avenue, San Francisco, US 94143

4. Return Shipping

Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (faster than a jackrabbit, we’ll admit when we’re wrong).

International Returns: Contact us first – we’ll guide you through customs forms smoother than breaking in a new pair of boots.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (quicker than a quarter horse)
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: 5-10 business days for credit card refunds to appear (banks move slower than cattle in winter)

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size in those kid ropes or chinks? No problem, partner! Follow the return process above and:

  1. Clearly mark “EXCHANGE” on your return package
  2. Specify the replacement item in your email
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (standard shipping rates apply)

8. Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your barn supplies or horse blankets arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll saddle up and fix it pronto – no need to wait for a return authorization.
