Shipping Information

Global Delivery (Excluding some Asian and remote regions)

We ship worldwide faster than a mustang at full gallop, with two reliable options:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (we work quicker than a ranch hand at sunrise)
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 days after shipping

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS (for orders over $50)
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 days after shipping

Note: Like cattle drives, international shipments may encounter unexpected delays at customs.

Our Return Promise

If your horse tack, cowboy hats, or ranch supplies don’t meet expectations, we’ll make it right quicker than you can say “yeehaw!”

Return Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused with original tags (like new chaps before their first rodeo)
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened Hat Care & Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
    • Horse Therapy items
    • Personalized/custom items (monogrammed breast collars, etc.)
    • Items marked “Final Sale”

Important: Felt cowboy hats must ride back to us in their original protective boxes – we treat hat protection as seriously as a cowboy treats his Stetson!

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps smoother than breaking in a new saddle:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Your RAN: We’ll email a Return Authorization Number and instructions (faster than a jackrabbit)
  3. Pack Securely: Use original packaging (treat it like packing your best chinks for the National Finals)
  4. Include Paperwork: Complete the return form below (as essential as a good lasso)
  5. Ship To: Western Cowboy Series Returns, 1818 Forest Avenue, San Francisco, US 94143

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Customer pays unless we made the error (we’re honest as the day is long)
  • International Returns: Contact us first – we’ll guide you through customs smoother than a cutting horse

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return (with the care of a horse groomer):

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (quicker than a barrel racing turn)
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: 5-10 business days for credit card refunds (banks move slower than molasses in January)

Note: Original shipping costs aren’t refundable unless we made a mistake (we’ll own up faster than a bronc can buck).

Exchanges

Need different sized kid ropes or chinks? Follow the return process and:

  • Mark “EXCHANGE” on your return package as clearly as a brand on cattle
  • Specify replacement item in your email
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (standard shipping rates apply)
